Please follow these format instructions carefully. Papers must be written in English. Two files of manuscripts should be submitted. One file is in the format of word processing with full context and another one is in the pdf format with hidden author(s) and affiliation. Typically the number of pages for a full paper should be 4 – 10 pages (but not limited) and a short paper should be 2-3 pages.

Margins : Top 2.5 cm, Bottom 2.0 cm, Left 2.2 cm, Right 2.2 cm, Header 1.5 cm, and Footer 1 cm.

Page Layout : The content, except for the title and author’s name and affiliation should be separated into two columns. A gutter of 0.5 cm is separated between the two columns.

Font : Time New Roman – regular text font size #10.

Line Spacing : Single line

Tab : 0.7 cm.

Author (s) : Font size#12 bold, centered and the next line followed by the author’s affiliation.

Author’s affiliation : Font size #10 and not bold; centered, than skip 2 lines and start the ABSTRACT.

Abstract : The paper should begin with an abstract of not more than 150 words. Include the word “ABSTRACT” with #10 Bold and all capital letters, starting at the left edge of the column. Then leave one line before the body text of the abstract. At the first line of the body, skip one tab, then start the text with font size #10 italic. Leave one line before starting Keywords.

Keywords : The word “Keywords” is font size #10 italic, starting at the left edge of column and the body text is font size #10. For example, Keywords: Modeling, simulation, construction. Then leave two lines before starting the first heading.

Section Headings : For the ordering of section heading use Arabic numerals without any decimal notation and start with number one (1) “INTRODUCTION” at the left edge of the column. Leave one tab between the order number and the heading caption. All headings are font size #10 with capital type. Leave one line and use one tab before starting the body text, which should be font size #10 Time New Roman, and try to keep the text full in each column. If the body text has another paragraph, start the new line without any space but use one tab at the first new line.

Before sub-heading captions, skip one line. The words in the sub-heading caption are font size #10 and the first letter in each word is capitalized. Before starting the body text, leave one line then begin the first line by using one tab. The position of a sub – heading caption and the body text is similar to the section heading.

Equations should be centered and the equation number should use only Arabic numerals without decimal notation, inside the parentheses, placed at the right edge of the column.

Figures : Before and after figures or figure captions, skip one line. If possible, figures should fit in one column, but if necessary it will be permitted to have figures as wide as the full margin and centered. Maps should include a metric scale and north point. Photographs should be black and write, with good contrast. Any text in a figure or photograph should be large enough to be legible. Every figure title must have a number, which is an Arabic numeral without decimal notation. The description or explanation should not be more than two lines places under the center of the figure. Start the caption with “Fig. 1” with font size #10 bold italic, then leave one space between “Fig. 1” and the description. The description should be font size #10 italic, not bold, with first letter of each word capitalized. For example: Fig. 1 Graphical Model of Operation.

Tables : Similar to figures but the caption must be placed above the center of the table with no space between the table caption and the table. For example: Table 1 Equipment Available for Operation.

References : In the body text, use brackets to reference and put Arabic numerals inside the brackets. The order will follow the sequence of references in the body text. If the paper refers to many references, they can all be included in one bracket, for example, [1-6]. In the reference section, the font is #10. Start with brackets, low number to high then leave one tab and start the text. The following are examples of references for, respectively, an article from a book, a journal, a paper presented in a conference and a thesis.
