One file is in the format of word processing with full context and another one is in the pdf format with hidden author(s) and affiliation. Typically the number of pages for a full paper should be 4 – 10 pages (but not limited) and a short paper should be 2-3 pages.

Then leave one line before the body text of the abstract. At the first line of the body, skip one tab, then start the text with font size #10 italic. Leave one line before starting Keywords.

Keywords : The word “Keywords” is font size #10 italic, starting at the left edge of column and the body text is font size #10. For example, Keywords: Modeling, simulation, construction. Then leave two lines before starting the first heading.

Section Headings : For the ordering of section heading use Arabic numerals without any decimal notation and start with number one (1) “INTRODUCTION” at the left edge of the column. Leave one tab between the order number and the heading caption. All headings are font size #10 with capital type. Before sub-heading captions, skip one line. The words in the sub-heading caption are font size #10 and the first letter in each word is capitalized. Start the caption with “Fig. 1” with font size #10 bold italic, then leave one space between “Fig. 1” and the description. The description should be font size #10 italic, not bold, with first letter of each word capitalized. For example: Fig. 1 Graphical Model of Operation.

Tables : Similar to figures but the caption must be placed above the center of the table with no space between the table caption and the table. For example: Table 1 Equipment Available for Operation.

References : In the body text, use brackets to reference and put Arabic numerals inside the brackets. The order will follow the sequence of references in the body text. If the paper refers to many references, they can all be included in one bracket, for example, [1-6]. In the reference section, the font is #10.
